BTS Member Kim Taehyung Pays Tribute to Late Pet Dog Yeontan

Kim Taehyung, better known as V of BTS, recently shared a heartfelt tribute to his beloved dog Yeontan, who sadly passed away. Through an emotional Instagram post, Taehyung reminisced about their cherished moments together and expressed gratitude for the love Yeontan received from fans over the years.

A Message to ARMY From KIM TAEHYUNG

On Instagram Stories, Taehyung addressed BTS fans, known as ARMY, about Yeontan’s passing. “Recently, Yeontan went on a long journey to dog heaven,” he wrote. “Since ARMY has shown him so much love, I wanted to share this news with you.”

He encouraged fans to keep Yeontan in their thoughts, saying, “It would mean a lot if you thought of him from time to time so he can be happy in dog heaven. Let’s make this time of year special by telling our loved ones, including pets, how much we care for them. ARMY, please stay healthy. I love you and thank you.”

Yeontan’s Health Struggles

Yeontan, a Pomeranian who spent seven years with Taehyung, faced significant health challenges. Taehyung had previously shared that Yeontan suffered from a heart condition and underwent two surgeries, both of which were unsuccessful. Despite the difficulties, Yeontan’s resilience amazed him. “Every time he pulled through, I was so grateful for his strength and will to live,” Taehyung once said.

Currently serving in the South Korean military, Taehyung took a moment to honor Yeontan, who left a lasting impact on both him and fans worldwide. Yeontan will always be remembered for his unwavering spirit and the love he shared with Taehyung.
